“weight loss days 4.1” was developed in collaboration with leading doctors, therapists and trainers.
Using the latest measuring methods, we carry out a metabolic and bioimpedance measurement at the beginning of your stay. This means that all weight-relevant key figures are determined in detail and on a sound basis.

Training program
The training includes specially developed sports units. These include Tanneck Vital Walking or adapted fascia training. Our “weight loss days 4.1” weight loss program is perfectly complemented by a sophisticated training plan on the Power Plate to keep your body and mind fit.
The weight loss program combines findings from the H²O formula and the Volumetrics method.
